Presentations

Presentations in PDF format should be loaded in the conference computer before the starting of the session of oral communications where they will be used.

In the case that a PDF formatted version of the presentation cannot be generated, the use of the personal laptop/notebook during the presentation is recommended.

Attempts to use formats different from PDF in the conference computer may lead to large times waste and degrade the images quality.

Invited talks

All invited talks are planned for 40 minutes, including the time for questions.

Manuscripts for the conference proceedings (to be published in NIM B special issue), that correspond to invited talks, may extend up to  6 (six) printed pages.

Oral communications

Standard oral communications are planned for 20 minutes, including the time for questions.

Manuscripts for the conference proceedings (to be published in NIM B special issue), that correspond to standard oral communications, may extend up to  4 (four) printed pages.

Poster communications

All posters will be in display from Monday to Friday, in the coffee break launch, sharing space with the sponsors stands.

Posters will be mounted on cork displays having 95cm in width and 117cm in height. ISO A0 posters in Portrait format (84cm width and 119cm height) will fit although the top and bottom regions of the poster may slightly overlay the cork metallic support.

Notice that posters will stand side by side, therefore the maximum width of 95cm is strict and cannot be overcome.

Manuscripts for the conference proceedings (to be published in NIM B special issue), that correspond to oral communications, may extend up to 4 (four) printed pages.
