This is a pre-registration form. Its content will be used to create the full registration after payment (as applicable) has been completed. Starting on October the 31st, once you have submitted your registration, you will receive an e-mail message stating that your registration is pending for acceptance. This means that your registration will be reviewed and the selected options will be used to prepare the invoice for you to check, and pay in due time. Once you receive the confirmation of your registration, invoice checking and payment is accessible by clicking on the "Checkout" button. If everything is O.K. with your invoice, you can pay. Still notice that (1) no changes will be possible after payment and (2) fee rates will change automatically if early bird dates are overcome without payment being received. Starting today, bank transfer payments are available. Payments using credit cards will not be available at a short notice due to software and administrative problems at the bank, please check the note in this issue.
